CS2 BC.Game Masters S2 Preview and Predictions

BC Game Masters Championship Season 2 is a Counter-Strike 2 B-Tier tournament that will take place on May 21 – 24 in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. This will be the second BC.Game tournament, with the first taking place on March 24 – 26 and being won by SINNERS.

The main favorites for BC.Game Masters Championship #2 are Inner Circle, FOKUS, Wildcard, Gaimin Gladiators and OG. The tournament prize pool is $50,000, while the winner will receive $30,000. In this article, we take a closer look at the tournament and provide predictions.

A total of 15 teams were supposed to participate in BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2, but Passion UA withdrew from the tournament and ended the first part of the 2026 season. A total of 14 teams will participate in the tournament, four of which have already received playoff spots. 

The group stage uses a Round Robin format, with all matches played as BO1. The team that finishes first in the group will reach the playoffs, while the esports teams that finish in 2nd and 3rd place will play a play-in match. The playoffs and play-in matches will be played in BO3 format. 

Six teams will play in Group A:

• Inner Circle
• HAVU
• Acend. 

Five teams were supposed to play in Group B, but following Passion UA’s withdrawal, four will play:

• OG
• Betclic
• Metizport
• Rebels. 

The playoffs will be played in a Double Elimination format. Teams can lose once and still reach the Grand Final. Wildcard, Gaimin Gladiators, FOKUS and Sharks already have playoff spots. 

BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2 is a B-Tier tournament featuring two teams that will play at IEM Cologne Major in June. Gaimin Gladiators and Sharks are among the favorites in this tournament, and this will also be one of its last chances to play official LAN matches before the upcoming world championship.

For other teams, this tournament is not only an opportunity to win $30,000, but also to collect VRS points against direct rivals in the battle for places at A-Tier tournaments. In addition to the already mentioned Gaimin Gladiators, the following teams can be highlighted in this tournament:

• FOKUS
• Wildcard
• OG

Almost all of the favorites received playoff spots straight away, which means they need to win three matches to reach the Grand Final. Among the teams that do not have a playoff spot, Inner Circle and OG stand out the most.

Inner Circle have been playing with their core for a long time, while OG will play in the tournament for the first time with newcomer “pr1metapz“, who replaced “arrozdoce“.

Group A will feature as many as six teams, so reaching the playoffs will be slightly more difficult. Inner Circle has the best chances here and is the group favorite.

If not from first place in the group, then at least through the play-in, Inner Circle should reach the playoffs, where they will also be one of the favorites to advance to the final. 

Group B will feature four teams, but all are at a similar level. OG and Metizport can be highlighted, and both should advance to the playoffs.

If there are no surprises and Inner Circle reach the playoffs, then in the decisive matches of BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2, we recommend paying attention to Inner Circle and Gaimin Gladiators. Based on the current form of the teams, they have the best chances of reaching the final and winning the tournament. 

BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2 starts on May 21, while the Grand Final will be played on May 24. All group matches will already be played on the first tournament day. On Friday, play-in matches will be played and the playoffs will begin. Full tournament schedule: 

BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2 is a B-Tier tournament, but the teams will play on LAN rather than online, which is common at a lower level. In a LAN tournament, stronger focus and motivation can be expected, which makes it easier to look for value bets at top sports bookies. 

All group matches, which are played in BO1 format, will be played on the first tournament day. Quite a few surprises can be seen here, so it is recommended to use the first day for team analysis and prepare for bets from the second day, when all matches will be played as BO3.
