UFC 326 Predictions (07-03-2026)

UFC 326: Holloway vs. Oliveira 2 is an upcoming mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that will take place on March 7, 2026, at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada, part of the Las Vegas Valley, United States.

The event is expected to feature the first official broadcast on CBS after the new media rights agreement with Paramount Skydance began in January, as the network will partially air the card during the final hour of the prelims along with the first hour of the main card. The remainder of the main card including the main event airs exclusively on Paramount+.

Former UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway is scheduled to defend his symbolic “BMF” (baddest motherfucker) title against former UFC Lightweight Champion Charles Oliveira in a lightweight bout serving as the event’s headliner.

The MMA prodigy Raul Rosas Jr. returns to the octagon after almost a year lay off. The Mexican was not active in 2025 as he has fought only once and this new calendar year might be different.

Raul remembers 2024 with a huge smile on his face as he started it by finishing Ricky Turcios in the second round with a rear naked choke which was his third finish in the organisation. Later El Niño Problema beat Aoriqileng who at the time was 3-3 in the UFC.

Due to personal reasons and cancelled bouts Rosa’s last fight was back in March 2025 in which he took on Vince Morales who now holds a record of 3 wins and 8 losses after suffering defeat. It is time for the UFC to push the youngster and give him better fighters and this Saturday can be the start of it.

Rob Font can be called a true UFC veteran as he has been with the organisation since 2014, but due to a poor phase from 2021 to 2023 now finds himself out of the top 15. In that period of time Rob won only once and lost four times, but recently found more success.

The American won a unanimous decision over promising fighter Kyler Phillips and later handed Brazilian prospect Jean Matsumoto his first defeat. But Font was not able to finish the last year on a high note as he lost via decision against the newcomer David Martinez.

Raul Rosas Jr. is a slight favourite coming into this fight, but Rob Font recently showed that he is a real danger and welcomed several new and young fighters inhospitable. However, his respected boxing only won him a fight with a finish only in 2023.

The Nino should have a major advantage in grappling and can dictate the pace of the fight, but no one out from top 10 was able to finish Rob Font lately and this Saturday should not be any different.

It seems like just recently Caio Borralho was one win away from getting a title shot after putting up an impressive 7 fight winning streak right after joining the company. The run included some truly impressive names such as Jared Canonnier and Brendan Allen.

The Brazilian was ranked #5 in the division and his bout versus N.Imavov was unofficially a fight for the number one contender spot. The Natural was not able to implement his grappling and the Frenchman was way more accurate on the feet.

Caio missed a lot and finished the fight with just 39% striking accuracy, losing a clear decision 45-50, 49-46, 49-46.

Reinier de Ridder was one of the hottest names in the MMA community after he easily finished the American wonderkid Bo Nickal. This gained him a lot of popularity and a win over former UFC champion Robert Whittaker got the matchmakers linking him with Khamzat Chimaev.

However, in his recent bout the Dutchman looked unrecognizable as he was beaten up by Brendan Allen, eventually deciding not to continue the fight after the fourth round. De Ridder credited this loss to his injuries, who according to him did not let him prepare for the fight as he was out of breath.

Both fighters come from grappling backgrounds and although Caio is a favourite according to the top bookies, the fans should be worried about his last performance as at times he looked hopeless when his takedown attempts failed.

Reinier has all the abilities to annihilate his grappling too and this fight should be closer than the majority expects.

Max The Blessed Holloway gets to be the first fighter to defend the BMF belt for the second time. After getting the belt with a win in one of the best fights ever against Justin Gaethje, the Hawaiian fighter attempted to retain his Featherweight championship against Illia Topuria.

However, he got finished for the first time in his pro MMA career and decided to move up one division. Despite it, his position in the rankings are unclear, since after the loss he was scheduled to defend his BMF belt against D.Porier.

Max fought Dustin back in 2019 and lost via decision, therefore, a revenge was one of the reasons he took the fight, whereas, Poirier announced that this fight was his last of his career. The Blessed showed superior cardio and volume which earned him 48-47, 49-46, 49-46 decision win.

Charles Oliveira at one point looked invincible as from 2018 to 2022 he was insanely active and put up 12 fights winning streak. Pound for pound #1 fighter I.Makchacev was the one to break it and since then Oliveira looked shaky winning 3 fights, but losing 2, including a vicious KO loss to I.Topuria.

People questioned whether Charles would be the same, but in his last bout he schooled Mateusz Gamrot, who agreed to take the short fight notice, finishing him in the second round with a rear naked choke.

It will be really interesting to see how Charles Oliveira approaches the fight and whether he decides to take it to the ground. Max did not fight any decorated grapplers for ages and showed multiple times that he is one of the best boxers in the division.

However, with this being the fight for the BMF, we should expect both fighters to entertain the crow as they usually do and more or less handle the business with their punches and kicks which gives Max a better chance to win as in longer bouts Oliveira showed holes and questionable cardio.
