NBA Conference Semi-Finals Predictions (13/14-05-2026)
The NBA Playoffs continue with two important Game 5 matchups as both series return to tied situations heading into decisive games.
San Antonio host Minnesota with momentum constantly shifting throughout the series, while Detroit return home against Cleveland after both teams protected home court in recent games.

San Antonio Spurs vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Statistically, this rebound line still looks slightly too low for Devin Vassell based on both his season and playoff numbers.
During the NBA regular season, Vassell averaged 4.0 rebounds per game, while that number increased to 5.1 rebounds during the playoffs with a larger overall role and more playing time.
Against Minnesota specifically, he already collected 5, 5 and 6 rebounds in three of the four games played in this series so far.
The only weaker rebounding performance came in the latest road loss, where he finished with just one rebound despite still playing more than 30 minutes.
The bigger picture still favours the over.
His overall playoff averages remain comfortably above this number, while this NBA series has also created plenty of rebounding opportunities so far.
Back in San Antonio for Game 5, Vassell should once again see heavy minutes, and based on the overall matchup trends so far, this line still looks reachable.

Detroit Pistons vs Cleveland Cavaliers
Tobias Harris has quietly become one of Detroit’s most important offensive players during these Playoffs.
His role in the playoffs looks completely different compared to the regular season, both in terms of minutes and offensive involvement.
The increase in shot volume alone already explains much of the jump in scoring production.
Through this playoff run, Harris is averaging more than 20 points per game while consistently playing heavy minutes and receiving far more offensive freedom compared to earlier in the season.
Against Cleveland specifically, he already scored 20, 21 and 21 points in three of the four games played in this series.
Even in the most recent matchup where he finished with 16 points, the overall shot volume still remained high.
The home court factor also matters here.
Detroit already showed throughout this series that their offense generally looks more comfortable at home, and Harris himself cleared this line in both previous home games against Cleveland.
Considering the amount of offensive responsibility he continues to carry behind Cade Cunningham, over 18.5 points still feels reachable again here.
